Great Roofing was more than great.  I dealt with John, who was always on time, flexible with my schedule, friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent and fast communicator.  The roof was done in a day, with a couple odds and ends quickly finalized the next day.  I would highly recommend them and would/have recommended them to others. Great Roofing did a great job on my Mom’s house. The roof was an amazing upgrade but want to mention the detail that John addressed with the damming issues, mold addressed with wood replacement, and recommendations to address the interior issues. I was 9 months pregnant when construction started on our home. We thought our roof would be a quick and easy process but once the roof was off there was structural issues found.
Between storms and Insurance not responding, our home went through massive rain storms that caused damage to our wood, insulation, and the ceiling throughout the entire main level of our home.
Once Great Roofing got the roof on, they helped us get in contact with a drywall/paint guy who fixed all the interior and garage damage we had sustained. Great Roofing replaced the soffits, fascia, and gutters that were damaged during the job and let us pick new colors for everything.
From Great Roofing, Brad was available any time we needed. The owner John was involved from the very beginning. Martin and his crew was efficient at fixing the exterior and sympathetic to the issues happening inside the home. Matthew Fields and his crew did an amazing job fixing our garage and interior.

Great Roofing replaced the roof on my house after a hail storm. Fast response to my questions, once insurance approved the claim? It was completed in two days. A complete tear off and replacement, and I didn’t even find one loose nail on the site after they were done. John even took pictures with a drone before and after, and helped with some other issues with the house he found on inspection. Great crew and I will definitely use them again. Having Joe and Great Roofing take care of an overwhelming project for us was like a gift from heaven!! Joe brought everything to us, so we didn't even to leave the house! Joe's time, patience, and thorough explanations were of a great help in us making our decisions on materials and how we wanted things to look.

I had a hole in one of my soffits that needed repair. So I called John, the owner of Great Roofing and asked if he can take a look. John was able to come to the house at a moment's notice, assess the issue, and schedule the repair to occur in two days. Not only did he himself repair the soffit (see pics), he was on time, professional about the job, communicated with me via text that the job was completed, and provided great value for this level of work.
